Casa Aluxes Hotel is a charming oasis filled with beautiful gardens, a relaxing pool, and uniquely decorated rooms. The staff were exceptionally friendly, especially Nere, who shared her delicious tea and made our stay extra special with her personal touch.

Charming gardens create a relaxing atmosphere, inviting you to unwind. The pool area offers a refreshing escape with its inviting waters.

The restaurant connected to the garden area blasted music throughout the day until about 9-10 PM, seeping into the rooms, though they did turn it down when requested. The absence of in-room WiFi left some guests stranded from reliable connections, forcing them to use roaming data. Additionally, the bathrooms showed signs of age with noticeable humidity marks, indicating the need for updates and restoration.

The music from the on-site restaurant blasted until 11 PM, ruining the peaceful atmosphere!!! Dated bathrooms need urgent upgrades, and the hammock you’d want to relax in smelled terrible. A bit more attention to upkeep would do wonders!!!

Casa Aluxes Hotel is a lovely oasis with beautiful gardens and a refreshing pool. The room was both comfortable and well-decorated. The hotel is close to the bus terminal and numerous restaurants, making exploration very easy.

Lack of breakfast variety.

The family room was impressively spacious, allowing us to relax comfortably together, complemented by charming artistic touches that added character throughout. Our dining experience included delightful toasted sandwiches, perfect for a light meal. However, the lack of detailed breakfast options was disappointing, and the pool area could benefit from additional seating. The overall ambiance was nice, yet the busy street nearby sometimes caused disturbances, particularly at night.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the spacious family room, adorned with unique artistic touches that made it feel truly special. The beautiful garden was a perfect retreat for relaxation, and having a hammock outside was a delightful bonus. However, the music from the nearby restaurant could be a bit intrusive at night.
